Returns without fuss

If something isn't quite right, return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and a brief note to hello@loomheritage.in to begin.

Once the return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the bank to reflect the refund.

Final sale and personalised pieces aren't eligible for return. We'll always make this clear on the product page.
